not many people with visual perception capabilities see the beauty in the tools of those with a visual impairment
this is Kenn Kotara
born in LA he has always been influenced by nature and geometric forms. he has brought forward some very interesting concepts.
his Braille art is so simple that I personally find it quite alluring. it has so much meaning that people that don't read Braille(including myself ) goes completely unnoticed. on his other work he is working with layers, and how you can get a 3d image. I hope we see more of him soon.
