some artist unfortunately get frustrated when their work gets known an advertising tool.
this is Alfons Mucha
born in what is now the Czech Republic, his particular style became known as art nouveau and helped bring some visual beauty in to the arts and crafts movement. most of his worked featured a beautiful woman surrounded by natural beauty. he constantly got frustrated that his advertising work became so popular, be cause of his belief that his work had more of a spiritual meaning. i loves his work, the organic forms, soft colors, and the pureness and innocence that each work brings forward.
